Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Maintain excellent communication with clients in person and over the phone. Assist in addressing inquiries and providing information about available properties and services.
Document Management: Prepare and organize property documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
Listing Management: Update and manage property listings on our website, property finder, dubizzle & Bayut, and various listing platforms. Ensure property information, photos, and descriptions are current and appealing.
I am creating permits for properties, creating MOUs, Contracts A, B, and F, and issuing broker cards.
Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping track of client information, property details, and transaction history.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Office Coordination: Assist in maintaining a well-organized and professional office environment. Handle incoming mail, emails, and phone calls.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, including documentation and record-keeping requirements.
